(New York, N.Y.) December 6, 2006 - Jeff Lewis has been selected to fill the position of director of donor referral and recovery services at the New York Organ Donor Network. Mr. Lewis was promoted after serving as a clinical manager at the Donor Network for the past 10 years.

Before he came to the Donor Network, Mr. Lewis worked in many different settings, including the neonatal intensive care unit at the University Hospital of Cleveland; in the open heart unit at the Cleveland Clinic; and in the trauma and burn units at the University of Washington. Mr. Lewis also worked for seven years at LifeCenter Northwest, the organ procurement organization in Seattle.

He has a bachelor’s degree in nursing from SUNY Brockport and a master’s degree in administrative sciences from Fairleigh Dickinson University
