This is the New York Organ Donor Network's Memory Quilt Panel number two.
Its completion was announced in the fall of 2000.  The panel was sewn by
volunteer Erica Miller, wife of Dr. Charles Miller, who was at the time
director of the Recanati/Miller Transplantation Institution at the Mount Sinai
School of Medicine and a Donor Network board member.
