NICOLE MARIA FLORA
07-20-81 - 10-29-01

Nicole lived her life like a comet. A comet is an object which blazes through the atmosphere and lights up the sky with colors that sparkle and shoot off into the universe. It is a wonder of God, which brings people to stand and admire its beauty. Like one of a kind our comet Nicole traveled fast and her life was short.

The beach was another wonder of nature that aligned with Nicole's need for constant motion. She would stand in awe of the thunderous waves as they hit the shore. Her favorite part of a trip to the beach was riding the waves on her pink boogie board.

As the comet flashes over the ocean in this quilt square we know that our Nicole is thanking us for honoring her memory with the places she treasured the most.
