Memory Quilt Stories
RICHARD W. BOOTH, JR.
9-22-50 - 12-25-97
Richard was the oldest of four children and the only boy. He was given a lot of responsibility at a young age and he was always respectful. As a young man, Richard was a boy scout, played baseball in a league and a French horn in a local drum corps. He excelled in math.

Richard enlisted in the United States Air Force after one year in college. He taught in Germany and aeronautics for R.O.T.C. Retiring as a major he went on to teach seventh grade science. Richard enjoyed working with children and always put others before himself.

Richard adopted two boys and had two of his own.
