Niru (Niranjana) Zaveri was born in India. She spent twenty years of her adult life in the United States and gave the gift of life in London, while on vacation with her husband and daughter Bhumi. She "wanted to give to the world what was given to her".
This quilt patch has many faces of Niru, from a young age to the time she passed at the age of 48. Niru's child like innocence and laughter won people's hearts wherever she went. This patch shows photos of events, which marked special times in her life.
Our loving Niru lives on in spirit in seven recipients who reside in London.
