"JOE"
Joe was born and raised in Poughkeepsie, NY and resided in that area all his life, except the two years he served hi country in the armed forces. He worked for IBM for 37 years. He was married to Mary Ellen and had three daughters and four grandchildren.
Upon retirement in 1992, he took up fishing, a sport he enjoyed in his childhood. He later expanded his summer pastime into a year-round sport by taking up ice fishing.
After his morning swim at the YMCA, Joe would return home, do any chores that needed doing around the property, and take-off for the lake for a few hours of fishing.
