Please Help Us to Save Lives: The New York Organ Donor Network needs your financial support in order to conduct educational programs that will increase awareness and understanding about organ and tissue donation. By helping us to spread the word about donation, you will also assist us in saving more lives through organ and tissue donation.

Currently, there are nearly 90,000 Americans, including almost 7,000 people in the Greater New York metropolitan area, who are awaiting life-saving organ transplants. Thousands more need tissue transplants, including corneas, skin, bone, and heart valves.

The number of individuals on the waiting list, for a life saving organ transplant continues to grow each day. And every day, 17 Americans die because no organ could be found for them. Every 13 minutes, another name is added to the waiting list.

With your support, we can help many more individuals discover that there is hope, that they have a second chance at life.

All contributions made to the New York Organ Donor Network are fully tax deductible according to the laws that govern charitable giving. Unless requested not to do so, we publish the names of all financial contributors in our newsletter.
