BY MAIL:

If you wish to send your financial contribution in the mail, please do so by way of a check. Please do not include cash. Provide the name of the person you are remembering, as well as a contact name, address, phone number and e-mail address of the family member of the deceased. A letter will be sent notifying the contact that a contribution has been made. (The amount is not specified, unless requested.)
