Martine Morency, Family Services Coordinator
Having gained little satisfaction or acknowledgement at my previous job, I value my job at the Donor Network more and more each day. I like what I do, and I know that my work is going to contribute to something that is bigger than me and that gives me a great deal of personal worth and satisfaction.

Yuriy Yushkov, Tissue Recovery Manager
Having more than 18 years of surgical experience, including six years of organ transplantation, I immigrated to America in 1996. At that time I was fortunate to secure a position in the transplant field as a Team Leader for the Gift of Life Donor Program in Philadelphia. Soon thereafter, I accepted a management position at the Donor Network where I am able to utilize my expertise in tissue recovery and organ preservation. I like challenges and the tissue program provides me with many professional opportunities.

Anthony Delli Carpini, Accounting Manager
14 years, WOW! The Donor Network keeps me coming back every year. When I think about why I've dedicated so many years to this organization it has to be that I've been able to grow professionally, while at the same time feel good about the mission of saving lives through donation. I get great satisfaction from working for a company that provides hope to people in need of life saving transplants.

Deon Stewart-Miles, RN, CPTC Director of Clinical Services
As an African-American, I understand the importance of organ and tissue donation in my community. Also, as a former Transplant Coordinator, I have experienced first hand why families find comfort in the act of donation. Their strength and selflessness is a constant source of inspiration for me, both personally and professionally.
